East Sussex County Councillor for Rother North West, Eleanor Kirby-Green has lived locally for the majority of her life.
Having attended local schools, Eleanor spent 25 years working in Recruitment and Human Resources within the corporate sector. Eleanor now lives in Ticehurst with her husband and son.
Prior to becoming elected to ESCC in 2021, Eleanor had been a Councillor on Rother District Council for seven years. During this time Eleanor has built strong working relationships with the various parish councils and community groups.
I am proud to represent this beautiful area in the High Weald AONB and have fought hard, alongside residents, to oppose inappropriate development.
Eleanor would like to continue this work, now focusing on county council responsibilities, ensuring the division remains a safe and pleasant place to live and bring up children.
